Sucking on any throat pastilles, but no hot/too warm drinks, as it can cause burning sensation. Also because of my GORD/Osephegitis and hatius hernia, I can get episodes of extremely painful upper stomach/back. and I can feel really nauseous and vomit. The only thing that’s works for that is Andrew Salts!
