Yea me either. I really don’t remember and that’s sad… I mean I remember things I did and how much fun I had.. places I went etc but like the actual feeling of being completely well… I don’t remember what it feels like.
Same here. I don't remember what it's like naturally to not be in pain. The only times I've ever been in really low levels of pain was on vicodin and using mj.
I feel you! Its taken years of trial and error but I have adjusted my life and routine to live a productive and happy life even with the pain. But it is never pain free, that’s for sure- just not as debilitating. I incorporate b100 complex, cbd on demand, a prenatal (or multi vitamin), a balanced diet with no refined sugar, gluten or dairy, sufficient protein, and plenty of fresh fruit and veggies; and at least 6 hours of sleep (7 is my sweet spot, 8 is too much) and I am able to function with a full time job, a full house of children and animals- something I couldn’t even imagine doing 5 years ago when I was struggling to get up to brush my teeth and shower without excoriating pain. Honestly getting pregnant (and having babies back to back over there last 4 years- pregnant with number 4) has helped my body reset in ways I never knew possible. Crazy stuff.
