Do you have any muscle relaxers? Muscles relaxer is the only thing that ever helps my spasms, and I get them quite frequently. The best one that I have found that works for me, it's called Zanaflex. I'm sorry you're in so much pain, I completely completely understand how torturous it is.š¤
