Since Sjogrens is an autoimmune disorder that causes inflammations i wondered if eating an anti inflamatory gluten free diet will help with the symptoms? Also any ideas for treating dry eye due to Sjogrens.
Me too. I went gluten free because my stomach would hurt very badly and I didn't want to take pain meds. Gluten free helps. I also on fodmap diet where I eliminate what hurts my stomach. I don't do dairy or sweet.
You are on the right track. I've been learning so much about what my body really needs. I gave up so many things lately. Didn't realize that the majority of what I was eating was causing inflammation. We are the best doctor for our bodies.
I really should do better with elimination with foods. I have taken out most pain meds and a nerve med except for real bad flares. I have fibromalygia as well. Watching my food closer will be my next step
I use Colidial Silver that I make.Super cheap to make for life. Cost me less then70 dollars to get the kit. I use drops and also use ot for pain in a spray bottle.
So this is a great topic..
I use Colidial Silver for eyes natural a bit expensive but you can dilute it with distilled water or make your own. The best solution for dry eyes. I make my own. Costs abit upfront but in the long run its only cents per bottle.
SunnyBunny I've been learning and healing my body because of realizing our condition is caused by inflammation.Doctors treat symptoms. I've been learning our bodies are made to heal themselves. I woke up like out of a nitemare of disease and started healing. I do activated charcoal and Apple cider vinegar daily. Eat alot of veggies and fruit. No breads, pastas or processed foods. No dairy or refined sugars. Very few grains. 1 thing I learned lately about my body is I don't get enough good fats that part of my healing and losing weight has been to eat coconut oil, butter ,eggs and olives. May sound crazy but I've lost 50lbs and am healing. Was at deaths door.Sorry so long.
Awesome. I had learned that from a doctor I had, at least two different doctors. I am doing most of what you suggested but haven't lost weight but think it is the medications that I am. A few years ago one day told me that I eat healthy but some of the medications are preventing me from losing weight. I keep telling myself to be patient and time will tell. Plus to keep doing what I am doing
Eric Berg DC on YouTube is God sent to teach you about the lies we've been told all are lives about for health. He teaches you what works. He's helped 1000s come of meds to heal from autoimmune crap as well as cancer, heart and so on. Your body will thank you for educating yourself. We can heal. If I can at 58 anything is possible. Thanks for letting me go on.lol
