i feel like I've failed. I feel like somewhere along the lines i messed my life up, no one stays in my life, i feel so lonely, i can't seem to keep anykind of job and i just... i just don't want to be here anymore.... i know i need help but it's hundreds of dollars that i don't have and i might have to quit my meds just to save money..

I'm sorry you are struggling this much. I know what it feels like and it really sucks to be in this space. Having to quit meds is very hard and I would talk with your doctor about options or how to tapper off if you decide to quit. Cold turkey can be dangerous. Therapy is definitely expensive too, so I get that. Luckily, I have good insurance right now but that will change next year. Some therapists offer sliding scales too though! Keep pushing, keep going, and keep trying (but let yourself rest too if thats what you need).
