I'm 18 ever since I was at least 16 I've been having heart palpitations and everytime I get my blood pressure checked it's been pretty high for my age, I've tried talking to my previous doctor about this but they kinda brushed it off. but recently I've been getting palpitations more often, how do you bring this up with your doctor, it seems impossible to describe how I feel to someone else.
