I had really avoided falling into my hole for the past 2 years. but these last few months I had been fighting it so much that I started having constant panic attacks which led me to quit my job and spiral. I was so lucky that I didn't end up suicidal again. I am starting to climb out of my hole but it has been a real challenge. I hope today was my last day of panic attacks.
