Hi everybody, I was wondering what products or techniques you used to elevate pain and fatigue, or things that make your life easier. I like the Bed Buddy to ease my neck pain and I have a stool in my shower. On a more personal note, I have an aversion to taking a shower, maybe because it tires me out. I go for days, even weeks between showers. Does anyone else deal with this? Do you have any products you use between showers/baths? My skin gets really dry and flaky so I would like to find a way to exfoliate between showers.

I have had a really hard time taking care of myself lately, but I use an African Net Sponge whenever I do get the energy to shower… I feel like it really helps to exfoliate and also just make me feel like heavy/grimey if that makes sense.

Dry shampoo and baby wipes. I've had stints like that too. Body spray of subtle scents have helped as well.

sometimes when i can’t shower i take a washcloth with either warm or cold water and just go over my face with it. i put some deodorant gel on and redo my bun/ponytail for bed and it makes me feel a bit cooler and better about myself

I soak in the tub just to get the grime off. Easier than standing in the shower.

When I can't shower, I usually wash up. I also use a shower stool. I have a cane and a rollator on hand for those really rough days, or when I need to walk a great distance.
