I’m going through this right now and I’ve had some success thus far. I use Weight Watchers to help me track what I’m eating. I also have cut out all dairy and almost anything that is high glycemic. I’ve also been looking into seed cycling and have added different seeds to my meals. Keeping exercises under thirty minutes and not overly exerting myself has been a big change as well. Walking once or twice a day is plenty to avoid raising your cortisone levels. Wishing you the best on this journey!
I know this is gonna suck. But cut out all gluten dairy and potato I had to bc they caused migraines and I lost like 20lbs however this was a few years ago so gf options were slim or gross
