How Does Your Favorite TV Show Affect Your Mood?

I love cartoons. My mood usually improves, even just a little, when watching them.

Some of my favorite TV shows are jane the virgin and miraculous ladybug. Some of my favorite movies are the tinkerbell series or almost any disney movie. Upon watching them all my mood improves significantly.

I definitely have comfort shows that I watch when I need something familiar, usually it’s The West Wing. If I’m really in need of a stress cry I have specific episodes that I watch, or I watch Apollo 13

I actually like to watch shows about mental health, like Bojack Horseman. It helps me think about my own life and what I'm doing about my own problems

The Big Bang theory,it’s a good laugh

Absolutely I understand, I love to watch Eastenders but at the same time it can be emotionally distressing. Mr Bean Movies and Cartoons are my favourite. He just makes me laugh and it's a feel good feeling.

I have comfort shows like Being Human and Don't Trust the B in 23, and when I watch those I'm intensely happy bc it's something I've seen over n over and I know how it ends. I don't really liiiike to try out new shows but I love animated stuff like Kipo and the Wonderbeasts
