I know this isn't the place for dx-ing anything but in your experience, does this sound more like headache or migraine symptoms? - muscle pain in back of neck, into the shoulders a little bit - moderate pain (lightly throbbing) around temples, cheek bones, nose bone, above eye brows... so I guess around the eyes - possibly related? my nose is dry and/but was runny earlier (there was over a 20°F temperature difference throughout the day so the weather could be why) - possibly related? I've been hella stressed at work and spending a lot screen time, esp on my phone so I wonder if the neck pain is from the position my head is in on my phone I rarely get head pain so I think my pain tolerance is just low but it's bothering me so bad and I'm a little worried that all my stress is triggering migraine? Idk I've never had one before

It sounds more like a tension/stress headache mixed with a sinus headache to me. But tension headaches and sinus headaches can lead into a migraine attack for sure, and migraine attacks themselves can present entirely as one or both of the former. If they are worse than any usual headaches you’ve experienced or last longer, I’d guess that it’s leading into a migraine attack. I definitely think it would be good to see a doctor about it, though. And get a second opinion if you can if they just brush it off. A lot of doctors do that with headaches. It’s annoying as heck and doesn’t consider the various causes of head pains.

it could be tension headaches since you are having muscle pain. it could also be sinus headaches since you’re saying most areas of your face hurt and you are having nose problems. being on a screen can strain your eyes and cause headaches as well. i wouldn’t think migraine though because those are severe and cause other symptoms such as nausea, seeing spots or colors in your vision, bright lights being painful to look at, and etc. if you have any other questions let me know :) (as someone who’s been dealing with headaches and migraines both since i was 13)

Sounds like a possibility. Have you asked anyone at your physicians
