i dont know how to explain to my dad how uncomfortable everything feels all of the time. i'm learning to drive right now and it feels so awful in a way i dont have the words to describe. any time he makes noise in the kitchen or tries to talk to me while im doing something it feels like getting kicked in the head with little baby feet.

I'm sorry about that, it sounds like maybe some irratilbility that can come with depression. I get that too, I either try to remove myself from the situation if possible or distract myself with something else. I try to tell myself the other person isn't trying to hurt or annoy me, so I need to stay calm as much as possible (or just avoid taking it out on the other person)
