I have severe panic attacks and PTSD, to the point I can't stand people being behind me and I panic almost 24/7. I just got a job that's been helping me deal with agoraphobia, but I don't know how long I'll be able to hold onto it. I'm so scared that I'm going to need to apply for disability, and fail... I have no idea how to control this. I'm getting ready to go to a psychiatrist to see if it's only panic and GAD, or if there's something else holding me back. I get intrusive thoughts, sometimes I hallucinate noise, I have manic episodes a lot, and I have trouble staying in touch with reality by having rational delusions... I don't know what to do anymore...
