Help! Having a Severe Panic Attack

I am having the worst panic attack I've ever had right now. i feel like I can't breathe or my breathes are too shallow. I feel like I'll pass out. or have a heart attack. I'm also scared I'll be paralyzed. please help

      hey bud i'm going through anxiety attacks nowadays (just had one, too), and though panic attacks are slightly different things, i'm right there with you. are you at a safe place or at least have someone who can help you? maybe sit or lie down in case you black out? please call 911 if you know panic attacks could lead you to injury.

        @SourLemons yeah I live with my dad so hes got my back! I'm feeling better now but am scared it will happen again
