Living with Cerebral Palsy: Coping with Daily Pain

Yes, I only have mild cerebral palsy mainly on my right side. I've always been able to walk unaided until two years ago, I now have to walk with a cane and my physio has given me a walking frame to help with my balance. I have daily pain in my lumbar spine all the way down my right side. Cerebral palsy is only really talked about when it concerns a child but as you age there are contributing factors that can make it seem as though the brain injury is getting worse but it's not.
