      Hi 👋, I am too a diabetic but I take oral medicine. For me exercise is hard so I try too walk from room to room and walking up stairs in my house. And when I am out I park my car a little farther than the entrance way to get that extra exercise in. And sometimes i do the same by not parking in the handicap spot. 🤗 Bossy
