life is so stressful lately. I feel like I can't keep up with it all. I'm trying to pass an exam that if I pass then I'll get a really good job but this is my second and final chance and they changed the due date so now I have less time to finish. My friend and her young child recently escaped domestic violence and I'm doing everything I can to help them but there's a chance of them being found which worries me. I can't remember why I walked into a room half the time, much less remember to make important appointments so I'm running out of my medicine. I used to feel like my mom really understood me until a while ago I spent time house-sitting and now that I'm back she feels like a practical stranger. I can't keep up with chores, and eating feels like a chore because it's just the thing I do to have energy for the other things I need to get done. I'm constantly running errands, and at this point I'm so busy that almost the only time I get to myself is in the bathroom, in the car between errands, or when I go to sleep. I'm so busy though that I'm getting less sleep. My dogs deserve the world but lately I'm so busy I can barely give them much attention at all. Idk how long I can keep this up...

First of all, you are most important. Take as much time for yourself that you can. Next, i wonder, is this job something that is going to keep you feeling this way? If so maybe it's best to look for a different one. Seriously - work burnout is a wild and real thing, of course you already know that. Do you have a therapist? Also my inbox is open to you 24/7.
