For better or worse, I’m very reflective and self aware. I’m pretty observant and good at remembering the small things that are important to people. I’ve also been told I’ve got “good vibes” despite looking somewhat intimidating because I look put-together even though I’d say I’m the exact opposite of “has their s*** together,” lol. My family always berates me for not knowing things, being impulsive, and oblivious, so I’ve grown to overcompensate which leads me to have a general idea of how to approach problems even if I haven’t encountered the situation before.
Analysis, engineering, and being handy.
I realized that I’m a “natural healer”. I am all about helping other people, and being their safe space. I’m very understanding and try to be there and listen to other people’s problems. I try not to put others through what I went through, even though it’s not always in my control. I’m also good at holding deep conversations, giving advice and listening to others. I’m always that friend, that people can come to about any and everything. I try to be that support system that all people need
Regardless of having terrible social anxiety I am a good communicator and I’m self aware so I can easily notice bad patterns I’m taking on, triggers, and when my depression or anxiety gets bad
I'm a truth seeker and I am really good at picking up on patterns. If something stays stuck I'm gonna say something. If nothing is done I know when to let go. I'm observant. I also think if people don't like me it's cause they see I'm clearly going through a lot but still am strong and able to appear happy. I think people's energy senses mine whether they realize it or not because I'm just not easily worn down. I will get upset but I always keep trying. I like learning about the psychology of things like this.
