Struggling with Depression and Panic Attacks

I’ve definitely experienced depressive episodes following in the wake of a mental health crisis. Proud of you for getting up and eating yesterday!! I know how hard it can be. If possible, I’d suggest contacting your professor and letting them know that you’re experiencing personal difficulties / a health crisis. I know asking for help can be really hard, but if you have someone in your life that you would feel comfortable reaching out to right know, please do. Whether you need support in writing your paper, getting outside, tidying up, and/or getting a meal, don’t be afraid to ask for some help. Even if you just need to talk. You’re doing amazing. Proud of you 💕

Not all antidepressants will work for you either after a long time, depending on the type, or will be 100% effective. Remind yourself you're doing the best you can right now and maybe get with your doctor if you feel the meds aren't helping as they should.
