diagnosed bipolar 1 and starting new medications. struggling alot and fighting with everyone around me. i know people love me,but i convince myself they dont. I am very sad a lot. I am struggling.

in my experience, having bipolar and bpd is hard because the depressive episodes often lead to me “splitting” on people (mainly my fp) and thinking that they hate me or are trying to be mean to me. maybe can you start keeping screenshots of nice texts you get from your loved ones or something like that? something to ground you and remind you when you’re feeling low. also, i know it’s tough to wait it out, but medication can make such a big difference. i hope you start to feel better soon!

im sorry about this :( bipolar is difficult Bc emotions just don’t regulate themselves. I understand how alone you must feel. Take time to really feel each emotion you go through to gain a better understanding of them. Take it hour by hour. If no one around you understands, I can only hope it helps for me to tell you that I get it 100%
