Grounded physically or as a person? Something that tends to help me stay grounded when I'm feeling really blurry is sucking on ice cubes to keep me aware and in the moment. To keep myself from involuntary switching though or going into blurry states I usually listen to a lot of music that only I like. Statements on paper or in your head are always good too. Mantras are what some people call them I think. "I am blank, I am blank years old, blank is my favourite food" etc. Sometimes though you just have to let a switch happen. And it can be difficult if you're feeling really blurry. And take this with a grain of salt, this is not professional medical advice by any means, but what helps me sometimes when Im stuck in blurry states is I'll hold my breath as long as I can and typically the person needing to switch in will take the next breath. I have no idea if that's healthy or not but it works for me haha
