Coping with Routine Disruption: Feeling Lost and Overwhelmed

is normal your on routines and you stick with it until one day the person that you're sharing the routine with is not here such as my dad is in the hospital and he's improving very well but I did grocery shopping today just for me and it was the most hardest thing in the world I do grocery shopping by myself to grab things for Dad and me but this is only for me and I felt lost don't know where I am and I knew where I am and I knew where everything is and it's like a rat maze and oh my God what am I supposed to do like in morning I feed dad dog me then we eat all together family snacks meals shop together is like I feel Hungary eat but I missing meals and I eat same time everytime we do but no one there
