I'm a bipolar sufferer as well. I don't know how long you've had it but mine has been going on at least 15 years. I'm favored in my family because even with bipolar disorder, I was a leader. Now my oldest child threw me away and can't tolerate me for long but for the most part I have learned to love myself so I don't need anyone's approval. Love on yourselves friends. I love you!❤️
