Let's Talk About Mental Health

Haven't been able to get a grip on myself in months.... addiction has gotten to me, havent seen my doc or therapist since January when I showed up drunk... finally reached out to make an appointment again and currently trying to find a new doctor... progress

Feels bad man. I finally got away from my toxic family about a year ago and I still haven't felt much better. Just completely down the drain. :(

Honestly I was doing pretty awful but ever since I moved to college (literally yesterday morning) I’ve been incredible! I just hope my motivation doesn’t wear off… The amount of steps I’ve taken and flights of stairs I’ve climbed is insane.
