How do I deal with low motivation days? I feel like some days I just can't bring myself to do anything at all. Especially in the morning. I've been taking my ADHD meds as soon as I wake up which at least helps me get out of bed but otherwise I struggle so much with this. I'm in school and I have so much late work because of my low motivation days.

I will watch concerts on YouTube and tell myself I have until it's over to be done cleaning.

Small goals! Like embarrassingly small goals one at a time. 1. Take meds, 2. Get out of bed, 3. Get dressed/clean up/whatever you have energy for, 4. Drink some water, etc. That way you can celebrate all the little things as a accomplishments. Other tasks can be done in small chunks. I love using songs. I will work on this project for 2 songs. And if that’s all your brain can handle, you did something! If you find that once you got started you can keep going, yay! I hope that makes sense
