Just want to see if you’ve found anything that helps endometriosis flare ups

All that I've found that helps a bit is using an electric heating pad, and an actual shaped pad (like a period pad) that you warm with water or in the microwave. The name of the period shaped pad I use is "Hot & Cold Perineal Paks." Aside from heating pads, the most that'll help also is rest.

Honestly for me, it’s getting cosy stretchy pjs on, hot water bottle, heat pack, hot drink, (tramadol that was prescribed to take the edge off the pain), finding that one position that seems to help ease it a tiny bit and attempting to sleep and keep hydrated. It might be different for you but my pain makes me pass out and throw up which is why keeping hydrated and staying in bed is the best options for that. It doesn’t completely rid the pain but it takes the edge off it so it’s a bit more manageable :)
