Hi, so I’ve been having back pain and I can’t tell if its from GERD or bad posture? Doesn’t go away with pain meds, and whenever I stretch my shoulders back (its in my upper back) I tend to burp. Does anyone else have this? Or does anyone have suggestions? I just started Nexium and a Gas Relief pill.

Back pain isn't a common symptom of GERD, but it can happen. If it is actually caused by your GERD, it should improve after a period of treatment. Also, pains caused by poor posture should improve after a while. So if the pain continues, maybe it is caused by another reason, and then I think you should check it out.
