Seeking Raynauds Treatment Recommendations

I am on Sildenafil but I also have a compound that is made of Sildenafil and Nifedipine that I rub onto my fingertips during flare ups.

Keep tips and bits covered. It's worth risking rude comments. And if the fingers start turning white frim cold, I know it hurts, but start warming them as soon as possible! Some Ideas: *Buy felt lined gloves (got mine at Walmart) *Make custom mittens from real fur (scraps are cheap online) *Buy a wide wool scarf and wrap until it is covering all affected areas (also got from walmart) *Carry lavender oil to rub on if you have a Raynaud's episode. (I mix it with speatmint and a carrier oil, but different people have different results)
