Well hi there! Ive lost 50 pounds recently, have had chronic back pain since I was a kid and severe neck and hip pain as an adult and all my friends are either gay or trans. Can't say I'd be much help with the conceiving thing but if you're looking for like minded people you'll find them here! Lots of people are in the same situations as you so don't feel alone!
