Looking for advice on managing severe Dysautonomia

All you can do is try and manage the symptoms. I have severe orthostatic hypotension and I pass out all the time. I’ve learned a few clues to when it might happen and take other precautions. I don’t think much is known about how or why it occurs and therefore there aren’t many known ways to stop or out it into remission. What kind do you have?
