After taking a really hot shower does anybody else get really dizzy and almost nauseous?

      That's happen to me as well numerous times. I had to get out immediately and cool off. Try cooler temperature water and hydrating before getting into the bath

      Ok so weird, that happened to me today for the first time!!! I usually love hot showers but today I had to cool it down. Super weird!

      I am extremely sensitive to heat. Not sure if it's my thyroid or my fibro, but either way I do not take hot showers. Try lukewarm showers, a little hotter than room temperature but not much. It's better for your hair too.
