although i don’t really have much advice, i will say i understand what you’re going through, as far as purposely being treated differently because other people don’t realize we’re people too! we have feelings and want to feel accepted! i say if you’ve tried to talk it through with them then maybe try looking for a new job or something, but before doing that maybe do something nice for them like bake cookies, usually people change their behavior if food is involved 😂
