When it comes to the insomnia, exercising during the day might help you crash and sleep better at night. It might also help boost your self esteem and mental health. I haven't tried this myself but I've also heard that magnesium drinks before bed can help. But not too much of it or you might have to get up during the night to use the bathroom. I drink a lot of water before bed and I keep having that problem š

Maybe listen to motivation speakers? If motivation is your main struggle here for sleep and everything else. Thatās what helped me. It kind of has the same affect as a vision board.
What I tend to do for sleep is to take the olly sleep gummies, listen to calming music, and play calming games on my phone until my eyes get too heavy to keep open
Have you tried melatonin not permanently but untill you can get your sleep schedule on track ?
