Well here we go, anxious thoughts and worries about my shaky hands again is launching me into a full blown panic attack. It doesn’t matter how many panic attacks you have they are the worst experience. It’s so physically uncomfortable. Does anyone else get really shaky, and it feels like poison or something is rushing through my veins. I know it’s just the big adrenaline dump but man is it the worst.
