Possible Bipolar Disorder and Panic Attacks

I have a panic disorder so I can give advice on that part! I use a combination of medicine and therapy and it has been very effective. The medicine helps make my brain chemicals healthier and the therapy helps me manage the symptoms of panic before it builds up into an attack. My recommendation for a starting point: talk to you GP and ask about medicine and therapy! I don't know anything about bipolar sadly but the GP can point you in the right direction
