Real trouble tonight with the IBS-C. Does anyone have any laxatives they recommend? I took peg 3350 for a while but it’s expensive so I never refilled it. Now I’m all achy with sharp pains because of my hard stool :( so not fun
Whenever I’m really backed up, I do some pelvic stretches, an abdominal massage and I drink a cup or two of really really hot tea (any kind but I have this blood orange digestive aid tea that’s fantastic) on an empty stomach and that helps! I’m sorry you’re dealing with this it’s the worst and so so painful!
