It’s nice to know I’m not alone. None of us are. We’re just too busy hiding inside to find the others. It took me months of thinking I was dying, and many tests and doctor visits, before I found out what fibromyalgia was. I got on here and searched it, and there they are - hundreds of us. I just wanted to share two things that really helped me. Magnesium spray (or foam) with lavender mixed in. And adding ginger root to a smoothie every morning.
