ever since covid hit, my brain fog has been very bad and affects every part of my life. i cant socialize or have casual conversations without sounding awkward. i don’t know what to do but working as a server does help ease symptoms a little bit but not during the days when i’m not working( 4x a week). has anyone who is dealing or dealt with this know how to overcome this?
