Here goes work day number 2. Feeling like I can’t do this. My moods and sleep schedule just can’t handle it. I don’t know what to do…

I underdstand that. Work is extremely hard for me with my manic highs and depressive lows. I try to keep a running thought of knowing that I need to have money to be able to live. I did realize that having a job that is not only fulfilling financially, (I don't make a ton of money, but enough to live) but purpose fulfilling as well has really helped. I have been a waitress, cashier, factory worker, and now I am currently an early childhood teacher. I am in love with the work I do, some days are harder than others but in the end I love it.

Be nice to yourself and it’s okay if you can’t do something. I’m like that most times.

Deep breaths. Use the grounding method.
I haven’t been able to hold down a job or go to school without dropping out for the past 5 years I feel this so much
today was the first day in I dont know how long that I didn't have bad insomnia the night before. I feel so sleep deprived and crazy. I'm scared I won't be able to keep my job or stay in school because of it. I'm about to graduate with a degree in elementary ed and if I can't get it together within the next year it's over with. so I feel you 100%

I can hardly work part time. I used to have a good career and left it behind. I moved to a small town. I mostly teach youth to ski in the winter but they didn’t hire me this year cause I resigned because of Covid. I’m semi retired and make money. Also waiting on my disability. I’m sorry you struggle with work. I understand. Try to get disability if you can.
I completely understand. I keep having to work 12 hour days because my coworkers keep calling out. There really isn't anyone trained to fill the position so I have to either come early, stay late or get called in on my days off... I am so so tired.. I'm so tired that I cried out of exhaustion. I have slept in my car at work off the clock before going home some days.. I just need time if to get my head together.. My coworkers don't understand the effects of them calling off every week.. I feel like I might lose it..
I know exactly how you feel. Today is my off day, but I’m always called in. I think I’m going to break if I get called in. I know it’s exhausting, however find the strength to work. Mine is my family, my dogs need food so I work so that they can eat and have toys.
you got this! don't give up!
Im right there with you 😩. This is hard af
I'm so sorry!
I just got fired due to attendance issues around my mental and physical health. Dr wants me to go on disability but that feels like such a failure to me personally
