Can someone reassure me that I’m not the only one with severe confidence issues due to adhd or autism? I know it’s extremely common, but it’s still seems like I am a monolith/alone. It’s interesting how self-aware you can be about yourself and still not get any better. Does anybody have any advice?

      I, too, have confidence issues, and my biggest advice is to use online games to work on it. You may not make many true friends, but honestly, I have so many Among Us friends just from being kind in chat and actively talking to people in chat. My favorite time to chat in game, is after dying in game or anything that leaves you with little responsibility, but lots of time. It's helped alot with my ability to talk to other people, but also, you can use dating apps to make friends, and just open up right out with "hey, can I share some stuff about my interests, and you can share stuff about your interests?" Not everyone responds well, but honestly?? It's how I started talking to my (now) fiancee.

      I can reassure you you’re not alone I don’t think I have autism ..? ..I don’t think so … but I def have ADHD and it’s so difficult to do anything coupled with depression is like a brick on my chest and my mind is like but you have to do everything and I end up doing nothing… I think sometimes you gotta distract yourself use your ADHD to an advantage and actively change your thoughts also anything that works as a placebo helps with being too self aware
