I am having a huge problem with binge eating. I feel the only way I can focus on anything is to eat while I’m listening/watching/doing something. I’ve gained a lot of weight from this recently and my doc is concerned, as am I. I think it’s because of the dopamine I get when I eat food. Do I need to up my meds, or are there other tips and tricks to stay focused and keep my mind (and environment and schedule) organized?
