Hi, Has anyone had negative side affects with venlafaxine?

Yes- venlafaxine at only 37.5mg gave me so much anxiety that I thought that I would go psychotic. The “doctor” thought that doubling the dosage would help so I went on 75mg and thought that I would kill myself. Immediately after I went off it- I was better. This is not to give advice to others. This was just my own experience. I literally had the same experience with Prozac.

Getting off of it is very difficult
