I’m 99.9999999% sure that my endo has returned since having surgery in May of last year. I made a consult with my specialist but I’m low key freaking out about surgery. I barely made it through my last one. I remember how much in pain I was from that one. I don’t want to go through that again. it’s so unfair how endo can come back whenever it pleases even if you cut it out. some toxic ties never ends unfortunately

Yeah I had excision surgery and was back in pain within 3 months. Hysterectomy was the only thing that worked for me, though I've heard it doesn't help for everyone.

I got a hysterectomy and had faster recovery from that and less pain then my endometriosis surgery

I don’t do birth control. it doesn’t have an affect on me and there’s way too many side effects. I know I’ll need the surgery again and will have to do that. I was just venting about being scared of having to do that again

Unfortunately, endometriosis is chronic. So there is no cure for it. It can be treated through continuous birth control and surgery, but it will always be there. I've found continuous birth control to help greatly. And highly recommend it if it's an option for you to try.❣️
