Looking for a Gastrointestinal Doctor Who Listens

It might be time to switch gi doctors. Pcp can only do so much

I haven't found a gi Dr that listens but my PCP helps me and listens when my gi Dr won't

I hate to say this, but in my experience symptoms like what we all have are so far outside of their “norm” they don’t ever seem to know what to do. It’s pills and more pills for the side effects of the other pills 🥺

I didn't have that problem everyone is different. It's trial and error

Linzess also gave me insane diarrhea

I also was given Linzess for the constipation but it gives me horrible diarrhea

We tried Ametiza, linzess

Now im on nothing. The side effects were too great... now im just on miralax as needed

How did it get better exactly?

I did find one. He's run tests and figured out that my stomach has delayed emptying at hours 1 and 2 but became normal at hour 4. Now I'm supposed to eat frequent small, low fiber meals. The exact opposite of what I've been told for the last 2 years lol. However, most of my stomach problems got so much better when I started taking hydrocortisone.
