Does anyone else experience a “dreamlike state”, for lack of a better term, at times? It happens to me when I’m out and about pretty often, it’s unsettling. Colors are brighter, sounds are noisier, smells are… smellier. It often also comes with feeling like I can’t breath/am not breathing enough/correctly. And I just overall don’t feel good, or feel like I might pass out. It’s unlike a panic attack (to me at least), but has been happening a lot lately. I try to push through, but it takes a lot of concentrating and makes me just want to leave wherever I am and go home. Just not sure whether it’s because of anxiety or could be caused by something else? Anyone with similar experiences?

I have something like this when I go out in public a lot. My head will just start feeling weird and I'm always afraid I'm going to pass out. I have brought it up to my doctor so many times and she tells me it's my anxiety. It's so weird because I could be feeling completely fine and then all of a sudden my head feels weird and I start panicking
