The Fear of Falling Ill: What Keeps You Up at Night?

The fact that during, I can't breathe. It comes through my nose, so I can't breathe through my nose, and there's never enough time in between throwing up to catch a breath. I feel like I suffocate until I'm done. Also the taste and the burning. And inconvenience, sometime I feel sick while driving and all I can think is I won't have enough time to pull over or what if I cause an accident

for me it’s the gagging and also the embarrassment. i can’t seem to convince myself that anyone around me while i’m sick doesnt resent me because of it
