Dealing with Anger During a Manic Episode

Unfortunately anger is a part of the transitions and doesn't always make sense. By learning your triggers and when you are most reactive you can control the damage you may cause yourself or others by lessening the opportunities for explosiveness

I hate the anger. It feels like an out of body experience for me as I just don't feel angry that often. Then sudden rage and irritability suddenly descends like a black cloud

Yup. It happens a lot, especially last week. I’ve hit a lot of things, even myself. Just to get it out. To push all those, frustrations out. A lot of yelling, screaming, throwing, punching.
