Getting pretty tired of this gluten sensitivity. I had been recovering from COVID, so I had zero appetite, just getting it back. I don’t enjoy sweet any more. Tolerate salt. I have EOE, which makes it hard to swallow and also have heartburn with it if I eat gluten, even small amounts. Allergy test came back negative surprisingly but allergist recommends I get an official test for Celiac. I’ve recently been experiencing lung pain and inflammation plus diarrhea and intense stomach pain even with small amounts of contamination. I’m miserable because I don’t have my own kitchen (living with in laws now due to helping dying mom-in-law, as I’m the only nurse in the family). So the kitchen is riddled with contamination. Being a night shifter, I struggle with food and sleep already. Been eating about one meal a day and have unintentionally lost 20 pounds. At least I can afford to as I’m overweight. This is getting exhausting. I just want easy food lol. Help? Recommendations?

      I’m going through the same thing with gluten. I react to it badly but no Celiac. It’s going to take some time to test out meals and see what I like, but for breakfast i’ve been having oatmeal with fruit and honey or avocado toast/toast and jam with eggs on the side. If i’m still hungry, I make a smoothie. Unfortunately i’m still reacting to that GF bread so I think it’s the glyphosate. I need to try making my own bread with organic flour. For lunch, i’m starting to have salad with some chopped chicken or GF pasta salad. For dinner try meat, veggies, GF pasta, and rice. Sweet potatoes and apples with peanut butter are also filling snacks
