Cyclic Constipation and Endometriosis Symptoms

Does anyone else experience cyclic constipation at certain times of the month? I’m experiencing constipation during my period and for a short time after, but in the second half of the month, I have no problem! It’s like a switch flips and I’m very regular again. I’m wondering if rising estrogen levels (or estrogen levels that are too high in the first half of the month) are causing this. I also have painful bowel movements and low back pain during my period, which all docs I’ve been to have agreed are due to endo. Ugh! Symptom management has been so much harder since I’ve come off the pill!
