Hi, I’m Holly. I was recently just diagnosed with vestibular neuritis. I am currently in physical therapy for this. It is working, but I have good and bad days. Looking to meet people who are unfortunately struggling with the same illness, what you’re doing to get better, and what your symptoms are like do you also have good and bad days? Does being tired or stressed aggravate it etc. looking forward to meeting you all! 😁

Hello I don’t have neuritis. But I am dealing with a few diff things cause of my left ear due to a concussion and spinning and dizzi . But I to go to therapy, the road to healing will be bumpy I have spoke to many therapist about this lucky I have many family members with diff vestibular issues like 3-4 family members and they all paid so I can speak to the therapist they see. Then finally got my own at a really well know place in Nj that deals with spinal and brain injury issues. And all 5 therapist say you will not be fixed right away it’s a bumpy road and you will have amazing days where I at 1 point had a week with no issues and then it came back. I don’t wanna say what just occurred to me that set me back like 2 months that I just did to get better but hey life happens and I now have to get better again so it’s ok. Also my buddy who’s a War VET had it twice from being blown up and beat it twice says it’s a bumpy road so it will get better just have to wait and make sure you do all you can get out of therapy. But I also found a awesome place called the vertigo doctor and she has a whole community for people with what we have and she has modules and more to help with the disorder. I just try and do as much as possible to help myself.

@a111 Hi!! I’m sorry you’re going through this too, it sucks!! The physical therapy is helping me some, I’m about 65% better. I had to travel via airplane for work this past week and that has set me back some 😥
